For select non-urgent concerns, you will complete a secure online medical intake form detailing your symptoms and health history. A licensed provider will carefully review your submission and determine the appropriate treatment plan. If medically appropriate, a prescription may be sent to your preferred pharmacy, often within as little as 3 hours and up to 24 hours depending on clinical review and volume. If your condition requires further evaluation, you may be advised to schedule a live telehealth visit.
